During your service hours we will:

 

  • Take calls from carers, service users, clients, customers and family members

​

  • Support with medication queries

​

  • Contact 111 or GP's, DN and Pharmacies when necessary

​

  • Sign post emergency calls to 111 or 999 (or professional teams such as the crisis team)

​

  • ​Take sickness calls from your staff

​

  • Support your staff on the ground with general advice for any doubts they may have

​

  • Contact your carers to cover shifts/calls

​

  • Adjust calls on your rota relating to current shifts

​

  • Confirm shifts for the next working day

​

  • Issues with calls, support staff, redeploy carers & replace carer with current carers if possible

​

  • Contact other healthcare professionals if appropriate

​

  • White labelling of your bespoke system to provide a seamless approach to your service

What we don't provide:

​

  • We do not contact breakdown recovery or outside maintenance companies on your behalf

​

  • Agree to hospital discharges or make decisions for the company

​

  • Discuss future rotas with staff

​

  • Give emergency advice

​

  • Give medical advice

​

  • Create/amend or cancel future rotas

​

  • Discuss carer roles & responsibilities

​

  • We do not allocate unallocated calls that arise outside of your service hours

​

  • We are not responsible for missed calls or lateness of your carers.
