Out of Hours Support
Care doesn't finish at 5pm on a weekday and over the weekend/bank holidays. Health and Social care runs continuously regardless of the day or time.

With our out of hours service, you can ensure that there will be a Support Centre Officer available to answer calls from your staff, clients and their family members along with medical professionals and any other support staff who are involved in giving care.

This isn't just a reactive service either, the team will monitor the service to ensure all care is given and in the correct time period. Dealing with any issues that arise along the way so when you return to work after a much needed night's rest you will be provided with a handover outlining the events of the night previous along with any actions that may need follow up.

If anything detrimental to your company or a serious safeguarding occurs then the team will contact your appointed contact if urgent attention is needed that cannot wait until the next working day.
